I want to know the web id of firms that guides new inventors to manufacturers for free of cost and then share a sum in royalty if they find some one to do so.

err… that’s manufacturing, not marketing! And you can’t do manufacturing without engineering & consulting. I’d invest in a consultant firstly, to help you plan things out. It’s quite complicated, and can be seriously expensive to get wrong.
Would you be looking to simply pay up capital outlay for the manufacturing? Or is this a partnership thing? There are loads of agencies and freelancers doing hookups with manufacturing and that sort of thing in the far east, and also in the US, usually they work for a fee or a percentage. They’re called agents.
